Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity through your account.

Products and Claims

We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, packaging, availability, and images accurately, but screens, manufacturing variation, packaging updates, and reasonable measurement differences may affect appearance.

Character names, brands, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. Toon Trove does not make a store-wide claim that every product is officially licensed, authorized, or guaranteed authentic. Any product-specific claim must be supported by verified information for that product.

Prices, Payment, and Orders

Prices and currencies may change before purchase. Shipping and taxes collected by us appear at checkout; other import charges remain the customer’s responsibility. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel for inventory, pricing, description, payment, fraud, shipping, resale, or legal reasons and refund any cancelled paid amount.

Promotions, Returns, and Acceptable Use

Promotions follow their stated conditions and do not apply retroactively unless stated. Shipping, returns, and refunds follow the relevant policies. You may not misuse, disrupt, scrape unlawfully, introduce malicious code, impersonate, submit false information, infringe rights, commit fraud, or violate law.

Intellectual Property and Third Parties

The Toon Trove name, original design, text, graphics, and compilations owned by or licensed to TOOHOT PRODUCTS LIMITED are protected. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or security.

Liability, Law, and Changes

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the store is provided as available. We do not exclude liability or mandatory consumer rights where exclusion is unlawful. These Terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law, and Hong Kong SAR courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights in the customer’s place of residence. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date.
