Shipping policy

Destinations

We ship to selected destinations and regions. Available shipping methods depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout. If no shipping method appears for an address, delivery is unavailable at that time. The list of destinations we serve may change.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed and dispatched immediately on the same day. US standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–6 business days after dispatch. Address-specific arrival dates shown at checkout take precedence. Estimates shown at checkout or in the order confirmation are not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, customs, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, and peak seasons may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$59 or more after discounts. Eligible Stitch items qualify from US$39 after discounts. Eligible Marvel items and The Nightmare Before Christmas items also have collection-specific US$39 free-shipping offers. Each collection offer is assessed separately; items from different collections do not automatically combine toward a collection threshold. An offer also applies to 9 or more eligible blind bags. Free-shipping offers apply to eligible US standard-delivery addresses, exclude complimentary gifts from qualifying totals, and are applied automatically when eligible. Applicable discounts, offer combinations and final shipping eligibility are confirmed at checkout. For orders below the applicable threshold, shipping charges depend on the order's weight, delivery destination, available shipping method, and carrier or warehouse conditions. Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping rates. The available methods and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Rates and availability may vary for restricted products and remote areas.

Split Shipments and Tracking

An order may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Monitor tracking and arrange receipt when required.

Addresses

Check the name, address, postal code, and contact details before ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or an unclaimed package may be charged or deducted where lawful.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, VAT, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are not included and are paid by the customer. We will not declare an order as a gift or understate its value.

Restricted, Lost, or Refused Shipments

Restricted products may require special methods or be unavailable. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us for review and possible carrier investigation. Refunds for refused, unclaimed, or duty-unpaid shipments may deduct nonrecoverable shipping, return, customs, and handling costs where lawful.
