Destinations

The United States is the tentative initial market. Actual availability is determined at checkout. If no method appears for an address, delivery is unavailable at that time. A fixed list of other countries is not currently published.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Estimates shown at checkout or in confirmation are not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, customs, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, and peak seasons may cause delays.

Charges and Free Shipping

Standard shipping charges are shown before payment. Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more qualify for free standard shipping, unless an exclusion is shown at checkout. The threshold excludes taxes, duties, gift cards, and shipping charges. Rates and eligibility may vary for restricted products, remote areas, destinations, weight, warehouse, or carrier.

Split Shipments and Tracking

An order may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Monitor tracking and arrange receipt when required.

Addresses

Check the name, address, postal code, and contact details before ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or an unclaimed package may be charged or deducted where lawful.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, VAT, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are not included and are paid by the customer. We will not declare an order as a gift or understate its value.

Restricted, Lost, or Refused Shipments

Restricted products may require special methods or be unavailable. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us for review and possible carrier investigation. Refunds for refused, unclaimed, or duty-unpaid shipments may deduct nonrecoverable shipping, return, customs, and handling costs where lawful.
